Conservative Health take our members’ privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership and deliver the benefits of membership of the organisation. Unless you request otherwise, your personal information will be deleted if you resign from membership.

WEBSITE
When you join our website, or conduct a transaction such as purchasing tickets to our events and membership of the organisation, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us. This information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only and is never shared with a third party without your explicit consent unless we are legally compelled to do so.
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows you to purchase memberships and tickets to our events. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and will not share your information with any other party, unless they are legally compelled to do so.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

MAILCHIMP
We use Mailchimp to send you emails. The distribution list holds your name and email address. This information will be used for the specific reason stated above only and is never shared with a third party without your explicit consent unless we are legally compelled to do so. We collect some information, including IP address and certain information about the links you click within the emails we send you, on a Mailchimp server. Neither we nor Mailchimp will ever share your information with any other party, unless we are legally compelled to do so. If you contact Mailchimp directly regarding the distribution list, they may contact you directly; otherwise, Mailchimp will never contact you
If you choose to use a ‘forward to a friend’ (FTF) link in an email campaign, it will allow you to share your email content with individuals not on our Distribution List. When you forward an email to a friend, we only see an aggregate number of times you forwarded our email and do not have access to the email addresses used to share or receive that forwarded content. Mailchimp do not store your friend’s email address, and no one is added to any Distribution List as a result of the FTF.
